Modern Naples Residence

Senior Interior Designer, Jack Lonetto, and Vice President, Jason Lynn, teamed up with Annie Carruthers and her team at Insight Design, as well as Chris Welling and his team at Trigone Builders to build and design this one-of-a-kind, beautiful, modern home located in Naples, Florida. After about 14 months of hard work, the result was a stunning 5,840 square-foot residence, which includes 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

When designing this project, Senior Interior Designer, Jack Lonetto, envisioned a warm, modern interior, with a direct relationship to the architecture of the residence. Lonetto didn’t want the interior to be foreign to the house, but rather a bridge between the modern architectural forms and the natural elements of the exterior. In order to bring this vision to life, Lonetto used warm and natural materials in lieu of manufactured finishes; limestone slab floors, rich white oak paneling, and raw steel all work together to create a rich natural palette.

There are many features within the interior of this residence which allow it to stand out from the crowd. Some of these stand-out features include a wide-open living and dining area, an elegant floor-to-ceiling wine wall, a mesmerizing floating staircase, a large and comfortable master suite, a laundry room, and an upper level morning bar and gallery space.

As for the exterior of the home, some of its main features include balconies which overlook the beautiful exterior of the home, a large outdoor barbeque area, and a multi-level pool accompanied by a beautiful fire-pit.

Looking back on the finalized project, Lonetto expresses that for him, one of the coolest things about this project was the fireplace/TV wall in the living room, and how it tied into the ceiling architecture. He stated that he wanted a warm architectural interior, so many of the interior elements of the home tied directly into the shapes and forms of the spaces created by the architect, Insight Design.
